I. God has much for us to do in 2016.

    A. When God does a mighty work, he chooses the weak. 1 Corinthians 1:26-29

II. What excuse will you use?

    A. I have other things to do. Luke 9:59-62

        1. Seek ye first. Matthew 6:31-33

    B. That of Moses, I cannot do it. Exodus 4:10-11

        1. I can do all things. Philippians 4:13

    C. Gideon's excuse. Judges 6:14-16

        1. 32,000 reduced to 10,000. Judges 7:3

        2. 10,000 reduced to 300. Judges 7:6

    D. God will be with him. Judges 6:16

        1. Jesus is with us. Matthew 28:18-20

    E. That of the disciples in feeding 5,000 men. John 6:5-9

        1. Cost too much & we do not have enough.

        2. Jesus is able to do all things. Ephesians 3:20

III. What excuse will you have for salvation? Acts 24:24-27

    A. Now is the day. 2 Corinthians 6:2

    B. You cannot save yourself, but God can. Matthew 19:25-26

    C. Confess Jesus as Lord. Romans 10:8-11
