There are two groups of angels that sinned before God.  The first group of angels that sinned against God are those who followed the Devil. One third of the angels followed the Devil.

Revelation 12:3-4 “And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.”

The second group of angels that sinned before God are the angels during the time of Noah.

2 Peter 2:4-5 "For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment:   5. And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;"

Not only will the world be evil, but angels would sin again and marry the women of the earth.  This is why women must be in the right relationship with God and have the power of God, because of the angels.
