The Destruction of Babylon

In chapter 18 we have the destruction of Babylon during the tribulation period.

1. What did the angel that John saw come down from heaven have?

Revelation 18:1 "And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory."
