What they did not understand was that there would be two classes of
resurrections, the saved (First Resurrection) and the lost (Second
Resurrection).
The resurrection of the saved would be in three stages. Israel was taught
to harvest their crops in three stages, (1) firstfruits (tithe), (2) main
harvest, and (3) the gleaning for the poor. So also would be the
resurrection of the saved, (1) Christ the firstfruits, (2) the main
resurrection of the saved at the rapture, and (3) the gleaning of the saved at
the 2nd coming of Jesus which would complete the resurrection of the saved.
B. Harvest and gleanings.
C. Firstfruits, harvest, and gleanings.
B. Firstfruits (plural)
Which Old Testament saint's body was left?
B. The 2nd Coming of Christ.
C. The Tribulation period between the Rapture and the 2nd Coming.
B. The 2nd Coming of Christ
B. David raised at the 2nd Coming of Christ
The main harvest,
resurrection, of the saved will come at the Rapture.
