Under the Tabernacle are 48 boards (48 cities of refuge) set in sockets of silver. Each board is overlaid with gold, 15 feet high; 2 feet, 3 inches wide. The boards form a large U shape room 45 feet long by 13 feet, 6 inches wide, a place of worship. Exodus 26:15-17, 21, 25, 29
On the outside of each board are rings for four bars to go through. A total of 12 bars (12 Tribes of Israel; 12 Apostles of Christ) . A fifth bar goes through the center of each board (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) Exodus 36:31-34.
